  • April 2010: DuoShare upgrades to Tier 3 data center
    We have relocated our servers to a new data center in order to improve security standards, uptime, latency and the performance characteristics of our service.

2009

  • March 2009: DuoShare implements scalable cluster architecture
    DuoShare implemented a WebSphere Application server cluster to improve performance, workload management, and failover for web requests. The horizontal cluster tripled the number of available nodes responding to web application and web service requests.

2008

  • November 2008: DuoShare Receives CASS™ 2008-2010

  • August 2008: DuoShare Receives PAVE™ Gold Certification for 2008/2009

  • May 2008: DuoShare releases support for the Intelligent Mail® barcode
    The USPS® currently supports the new barcode as an option for Letter and Flat size mail. In May 2009, the Intelligent Mail barcode will replace the current POSTNET™ and PLANET® barcodes and will be required to get the deepest automation discounts on postage. The new barcode has many advantages including seamless acceptance and providing more visibility into the mailstream. According to Postmaster General John E. Potter, "Intelligent Mail is like having a GPS system for mail."

    DuoShare has developed and released support for the Intelligent Mail barcode in advance of the 2009 requirement, so mailers have sufficient time to make the transition and can begin taking advantage of the many benefits.
  • March 2008: DuoShare releases Express Submit™
    Responding to the needs of customers and prospects, DuoShare has released Express Submit to further simplify processing address lists. Frequent users are able to define Job Templates then use Express Submit to standardize and validate addresses and/or prepare address lists for discounted mailing in just a few easy clicks.

2007

  • September 2007: USPS® releases new Move Update requirements which go into effect on November 28, 2008
    In an effort to continue reducing undeliverable-as-addressed and forwarded mail, the USPS is reducing the minimum processing frequency for Move Updates from 185 days to 95 days. In addition, this requirement will also be extended to Standard MailTM. The USPS is, once again, expressing to the mailing community that Address Quality is critical to reducing Undeliverbale-As-Addressed mail.   • June 2007: DuoShare Exhibits at the QuickBooks® Enterprise Solutions User Conference in San Diego, California
    DuoShare exhibited at the QuickBooks® Enterprise Solutions User Conference which was held in San Diego, California from June 12 to June 14, 2007. DuoShare demonstrated the capabilites of DAQI (DuoShare Address Quality Integrator) designed for QuickBooks to countless attendees who were very receptive to the benefits of maintaining clean addresses and astonished by the affordability of the product.

DuoShare showcased its Address Quality Services to many attendees and exhibitors who were excited about the web based architecture; all-inclusive features; the simple, low-cost pricing; and the Virtual Store partner capabilities.   • November 2006: DuoShare Exhibits at the Sleeter Group's QuickBooks® Consultant's Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada
    The DuoShare Address Quality Integrator designed for QuickBooks was demonstrated live for the first time at the Sleeter Group's QuickBooks Consultant's Conference. The event was held in Las Vegas, Nevada from November 7 to 9, 2006. The conference allowed DuoShare to exhibit its Address Quality Integrator designed for QuickBooks to a very targeted audience. Many of the attendees were impressed with our unique QuickBooks add-on, as well as, the value of having clean addresses in QuickBooks.

  • October 2006: DuoShare Exhibits at Graph Expo 2006 in Chicago, Illinois
    DuoShare selected GraphExpo 2006, the premier printing and converting trade show and conference, as its first major exhibition. The event was held from October 15 to 18, 2006 in Chicago, Illinois with over 40,000 industry professionals in attendance. With a firm belief that printers, mail houses, letter shops, and the like can benefit and profit from Address Quality Services, we were thrilled to show off our services. DuoShare showcased its Address Quality Services to many professionals who were excited about the web based architecture; all-inclusive features; the simple, low-cost pricing; and the Virtual Store partner capabilities.   • September 2006: DuoShare Exhibits at DFW Mailer's Conference and National PCC Day in Arlington, Texas
    DuoShare exhibited at the DFW Mailer's Conference and National PCC Day on September 20, 2006 in Arlington, Texas. The conference was attended by many mailers, industry professionals, and PCC members. In addition, the Postal Service was represented by a wide range of its employees, including Postmaster General John Potter. In a keynote address, which was broadcast via satellite to other PCC Day conferences, the Postmaster General stressed the importance of the PCC’s role in the mailing industry. The conference allowed DuoShare to demonstrate its capabilities first-hand to a captive audience. Visitors to our exhibit were impressed with the extensive benefits of DuoShare’s Address Quality Services.

  • June 2006:   DuoShare Attends QuickBooks® Enterprise Users Conference in Phoenix, Arizona
    DuoShare attended the QuickBooks Enterprise Users Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, May 30 through June 1, 2006. The conference attendance was over 650 attendees, consisting of end users, CPAs, Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors, and Intuit employees. At the conference, DuoShare shared with attendees the recent release of DuoShare Address Quality Integrator designed for use with QuickBooks. According to Stephen Buck, Vice President of DuoShare, "The response to our being there and sharing information regarding this new capability was amazing. Everyone there was extremely nice and open to new ideas to solve their business problems and to recommend solutions to their clients. It was unlike any other conference we have attended.   • June 2006:   Our Identity Is Now Verified By a Third Party!
    DuoShare is pleased to announce the selection of Thawte, a wholly owned subsidiary of Verisign, as our Certificate Authority (CA). By allowing a third party to verify our identity, DuoShare provides new customers with assurance that we are a real business offering certified services and software with truly remarkable value and pricing. While DuoShare has always listed phone numbers and a physical address for our business, CA provided SSL certificates provide the final ingredient Internet consumers have come to trust. Customers can check DuoShare's certificate at the login page and any other secured page by double-clicking the lock symbol at the bottom right of their browser.

  • May 2006:   DuoShare hires Steve Brown as Director of Sales
    As Director of Sales, Steve will be responsible for outbound sales, trade shows and business development for DuoShare. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Applied Mathematics, Steve brings many years of experience in software development and IT recruitment to the DuoShare Sales Department.
