DuoShare is committed to protecting the privacy of our site users and subscribers. This Privacy Statement describes the information we collect about you and how that information may be used. DuoShare will track the domains from which people visit our web site and analyze this data for statistics. To secure site integrity, offer secure business transactions and protect our subscribers, DuoShare uses measures including but not limited to security audits, use of encryption tools and software, and other reasonable measures and procedures to restrict access. In the event that DuoShare learns that site security is compromised or subscriber nonpublic information has been disclosed to unrelated third parties as a result of external activity, including but not limited to external security attacks, we will take reasonable measures deemed appropriate, including but not limited to internal investigation, and notification to and cooperation with law enforcement authorities, notwithstanding other provisions of this Statement. If DuoShare learns that a subscriber's personal information provided to DuoShare has been disclosed in a manner not permitted by this Privacy Statement, we shall make reasonable efforts to notify the subscriber, as soon as reasonably possible and as permitted by law to the extent that DuoShare knows this information. While this Privacy Statement expresses DuoShare's standards for private data maintenance, we are not in a position to guarantee that the standards will always be met. Factors or situations beyond our control may result in disclosure of data. As such, DuoShare disclaims any warranties or representations relating to maintenance or nondisclosure of private information.
