Directory Agent is a light-weight Java application that will monitor a directory for an address list and automatically upload and process it via DuoShare.com.

  • No data updates required: Various postal data is released daily, weekly, and monthly. We apply these updates for you within 24 hours of receipt, so you are always processing with the most current postal data available.
  • Uses Templates: Create templates on DuoShare.com and simply submit the list via Directory Agent using the template ID.
  • Easy to Use: Simply put a couple of parameters in the name of the file and Directory Agent will upload, process, and download the finished file.

Getting Started

  • Register for account: Get a userid and password to access DuoShare.com and DuoShare Web Services by registering with us. No billing info is required to start. We will handle billing once you are comfortable with the service.
  • Download: Directory Agent
  • Setup Job Templates: Use DuoShare.com to define how the list should be processed by setting up a Job Template.
  • Run Directory Agent: Review the readme in the Directory Agent download and run the program per the instructions.

Is my address data safe?
  All data sent from your computer is transported across a secure, encrypted SSL connection between you and DuoShare.com. To ensure maximum security, DuoShare subjects its premises, procedures, software, and configurations to ongoing security audits. Portions of our service are licensed by the USPS who has its own set of rigorous security requirements. For further information regarding DuoShare security, contact DuoShare and request to speak to a security officer. Customer data is never sold, leased, rented, or disclosed.
