Reduce or Eliminate Additional Charges for Service Requests when Using NCOALink®
By correcting and coding your address list, you reduce the amount of additional charges incurred when using Service Requests, such as "Address Service Requested." The service endorsement "Address Service Requested" on a mail piece instructs the USPS® to provide the sender with a separate notification of the new address for forwarded mail.
When you use DuoShare to prepare your address list for mailing, you can eliminate the need for service requests altogether.
